Mobile Notarization
Our mobile notary service brings the convenience of a notary public right to your doorstep. Whether you're at home, work, or on the go, our mobile notary service makes it easy to get your documents notarized quickly and efficiently. We understand that time is of the essence, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options and prompt service.

Remote Online Notarization
Our virtual online notarization service (RON) is compliant with state laws and regulations, making it a reliable and legally-binding alternative to traditional in-person notarizations. With the latest technology and advanced security protocols, you can be confident that your notarial needs are being handled with the utmost care. Whether you need a simple signature verification or a complex multi-party transaction, we've got you covered.
Real Estate Signings
We are trained to handle all types of loan and real estate documents with precision and accuracy. What forms of identification do you accept?
We accept valid, government-issued photo IDs such as driver's license, state ID cards, U.S. passports, Foreign passports, military IDs and permanent resident cards.
What fees do you charge?
$10.00 - Each Notarial Act (Each Signer/Signature is considered a Notarial Act)
$40.00 - Mobile/Admin Fee
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
$50.00 - After Hours Mobile/Admin Fee Between 6 PM - 8 AM
$0.70/mile (Round Trip) - Mileage Fee (Outside of Columbus, IN)
All fees are subject to change

Do you offer electronic notary services?
Yes, our electronic service lets you complete notarizations digitally while meeting with us in person. Sign and notarize documents using secure electronic signature and seals for a fast, paperless experience.

What Documents Can We Notarize?
We offer notarization services on an array of documents, including loan agreements, real estate documents, powers of attorney, Oath/Affirmation, affidavits, acknowledgements, jurats, trusts, last will and testament, bank forms, marriage license and more.

Can you help me fill out or prepare my documents?
No, we cannot give legal advice or draft documents. Your document must be completed before the appointment, with no blank required fields. Do no pre-sign the document.
When is payment due and what payment methods do you accept?
Payment for general notary work is required at the time of appointment before we stamp/notarize your document.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us via phone at 812-341-8428 or email at 4allseasonsnotary@gmail.com

No-Shows:
A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.​

Refund Eligibility:
All notary services, once provided, may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. These services include but are not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have been executed and finalized.

Refundable Circumstances:
If we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue in our end, a full refund, will be provided.

Refund request:
Refund requests must be submitted via email at 4allseasonsnotary@gmail.com within 3 days from the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that the timeframe for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
